Returns
Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Returns requested after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider (PayPal or Stripe).

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Refundable Items

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
