Returns & Refunds Policy

At Iraschicken Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our procedures regarding returns and refunds.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

You may be eligible for a return if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence of the problem

Returns requested after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider (PayPal or Stripe).

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control

  • Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
